SBC-B08 is a new-generation all-in-one low-cost computer designed by SECO, equipped with a NXP i.MX 6SoloX applications processor able to run Android or Linux. SBC-B08 is a revolutionary product in terms of connectivity, interactivity with the real world and cost. A new concept of single board computer ready for Internet of Things applications and for the Post-PC era.

Unique Board features

UART3 is configured for Bluetooth 4.0.

NOTE: Moreover, As a factory option, it is possible to have UART1 (port #1) configured with TTL FULL or RS-232 FULL interface, UART6 (ports #6) with TTL FULL or RS-485 interface.All possible factory configurations are described in the table below.

How to connect serial port adapter cable for debug - J9

Standard RS-232 serial ports, available on connector J9, to standard PC serial ports through a null-modem serial cable. For cable accessories refer the link, https://www.seco.com/it/cv-1094-200-1306.html

This cable should be used exclusively with SBC-B08 boards configured to have UART1 + UART2 ports in RS-232 mode. For pin configuration refer the page SBC-B08 - J9 expansion header 6.0

Expansion Connector - J9

The SBC-B08 board offers the possibility of accessing directly to some of the various features offered by i.MX 6 processor through the pin multiplexing.This means that on-board there is a dedicated 32-pin Expansion connector J9,which is a standard dual-way male pin header.

To configure and use Expansion Connector - J9 for 4.1.15 kernel follow the page SBC-B08 - J9 expansion header 6.0.
